Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting patient care, ensuring seamless new patient onboarding, and assisting with the coordination of treatment plans. You will also help drive sales and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming, compassionate, and professional environment for patients. Assist in guiding patients through their functional medicine journey, addressing their needs and concerns.
New Patient Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new patients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting them up for success in their treatment journey. Help them understand the benefits of functional medicine and our personalized care approach.
Treatment Coordination: Collaborate with the clinical team to manage treatment protocols, track patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure patients are fully supported and engaged in their care.
Sales & Growth: Help drive clinic growth by supporting sales efforts, including promoting services, programs, and products. Actively engage in marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new patients.
Operations Management: Assist with daily operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, patient billing, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure the clinic runs efficiently and effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our medical and operational teams to ensure cohesive patient care and smooth practice operations. Promote a team-oriented atmosphere that aligns with our values of health and wellness.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in functional medicine, integrative medicine, or wellness-oriented fields.
Experience in sales, patient relations, and operations management.
A strong passion for health, longevity, and lifestyle optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build trust with patients and team members.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a supportive and dynamic work culture.
Knowledge or certification in functional medicine, nutrition, or related fields is a plus.
