Position Summary

Holistic Therapy Coordinators are at the forefront of the guest experience at Alive and Well, guiding clients through wellness therapies with care, confidence, and warmth. This hands-on role ensures that each service is delivered seamlessly and in alignment with our mission to heal, educate, and empower. Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Therapy Facilitation

· Provide a warm, attentive welcome to guests; offer personalized guidance and education for each therapy session.

· Facilitate and monitor services including Sauna + Cold Plunge, Ozone Insufflations, LED Red Light Therapy, Vibroacoustic and PEMF Therapies

· Ensure therapy rooms are properly set up, maintained, and cleaned between sessions.

· Assist guests with protocols, safety, and comfort, staying attuned to individual needs.

· Communicate the benefits of our services and memberships in a clear and compassionate way.

Facility Readiness & Flow

· Keep therapy spaces clean, fully stocked, and operating efficiently throughout the day.

· Perform light laundry duties and assist with overall cleanliness and flow of the center.

· Monitor inventory and restock products or tools as needed.

· Collaborate with the broader hospitality team to maintain a peaceful, high-touch guest environment.

Team & Culture Contribution

· Flex between tasks, shifts, and responsibilities as needed; remain adaptable and solutions-oriented.

· Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to improve therapies, systems, and guest care.

· Support other departments during peak times or special events as needed.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience: Prior guest service experience in wellness, spa, fitness, or hospitality preferred.

· Mindset: Energetic, thoughtful, and service-driven with a love for holistic health.

· Skills: Confident communicator; capable of multitasking and educating guests with warmth and accuracy.

· Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30-40lbs; comfortable on your feet for most of the day.

· Flexibility: Available for part-time or full-time hours; must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Schedule & Compensation

· Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $19.00

· Expected Hours: 25-40 per week

· Shifts Available:

o Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–3:30pm or 12:00pm–8:00pm

o Friday/Saturday: 7:30am–3:30pm or 10:00am–6:00pm

o Sunday: 10:00am–6:00pm

· Location: In-person at our Dallas, TX location (75205); must reliably commute or plan to relocate.
